RAXPRO™ is a whole new process, with the particular passivation film to overthrow the traditional Ruspert process and replace the Hexavalent.
The new type of RAXPRO™ special film can improve the combination of Top Coat and the excellent color uniform. It conforms to the internationally eco-friendly 
regulations SVHC-REACH/RoHS and has a competitive production process at the same time.

    ■ Customize Process Design and Develop
    Apply with RAYTEK® series Top Coat or Sealant, which can acquire 
    an excellent appearance and upgrade the corrosion resistance.

    ■ Friction Coefficient Waxing Process
    According to the requirement of the friction coefficient, 
    apply with RAYTEK® series Top Coat / Sealant,     μtot can adjust to 0.09~0.13.
